I would say 3 days is enough space between trips... But, if you want to keep the xperience fresh then I wouldnt dose more then 2 times a month, in my opinion of course. Everyone's different but if you dose today and then eat the same amount the following day, the trip will be very dulled down and lessened by tolerence. peace
