Tolerance question (urgent)

Hey, my friend and I were supposed to shroom today, and today would have been his first time. He has been looking forward to this day for so long, so his dumb ass ended up eating a stem last night, and ofcourse not feeling anything. Now im worried that he has messed up his tolerance, yet it was such a small amount im not sure it will matter that much. I'd just like to hear what you guys think about this?

First of all how many g's are you guys going to be eating. I am sure if he pops down 3 grams he will trip balllz. I wouldnt worry too much about his tolerance just yet espeacially if it was just one stem. Most the toxins you want are in the caps anyway. Good luck and have a fun trip. He should be fine.

first off it wont mess up his tolerance any if he just ate one stem, well to any noticable degree. And caps and stems have pretty much the same potentcy, a stem being larger usually then a cap would have more psilocybin.

If it was only one stem... i dont think it would do anything to tolerance. Atleast not to any noticable extent. Could be wrong tho.
