oh yeah, they play chicago on july 8, the day after i get back from rothbury

july 6 they play milwaukee, i might consider leaving 'bury early just to catch three 311 shows in one week

lol, that will just make the 311 show that much better.  Personally i would love to see both.  I have liked 311 since down was on rotation on mtv in the 1990s.  Excellent stuff.  They still produce good music after this many years.  Good to see they haven't fizzled out.

FUCK YEAH. There are about 4 shows within reasonable driving distance of where I'm at. I'm going to as many as I can afford. And you know with a name like Unity tour it's going to be fucking sick.

Christ it's been too long since I've seen them. I introduced my girl to them and she's a fan now. I think once she sees the energy at the shows she will understand why they are my favorite band. Thanks for posting the thread man, otherwise I wouldn't have checked because they just got done with a tour. I can't fucking wait.

And to the guy who said he's been a fan since Down was in rotation... Same case. I was in 5th grade then. I think it was 95. Heard them on the radio and was fucking amazed. Checked into it and they've been my favorite band since then. I went to my first 311 show in 95 for the Blue Album Tour. I was 11 or 12 and my dad went with me (cool ass guy). Perpetual Groove and No Doubt opened for them (Spider Webs days).

Who's heard this chant at a 311 show:

Three! Eleven! Three! Three! Eleven!

I have a story behind that chant.
