If there was ever a way to prove beyond a resonable doubt that your animal actually enjoyed getting high... then I suppose it would be ok. But they're animals, they cannot express emotions on the level that humans are capable of. A dog whos biting at smoke in the air is not a dog who wants to get high btw, its just a stupid ass dog that is chasing shit.

well these are rodents who belong in a cage were talking about.. You know man, some people just dont react well to certain drugs. I am living fucking proof of that. If I smoke even a half-decent amount of marijuana I will become so paranoid that I am seriously almost bordering on schizophrenic. Beyond our own subjective analysis (while high probably), how can we possibly infer that our pets are actually enjoying the experience of being high? They might be fucking freaking out the way I do when I smoke that shit. That is enough for me (even if I smoke opium, or the drugs I do like) never to put the animals I care for in that kind of situation.

heres the situation. you have a pipe in your hand, enjoying a bowl. dog comes, sits down right in front of you. you blow your hit away, then go to hit it again. after a while, the dog gets impatient and start growling. not biting at smoke, but growling and showing his teeth to you. blowing a hit of smoke in his face gets him to stop this. how does this mean this dog does not like the smoke?
