A little kid at work today got his arm stuck in the vending machine.

I laughed my ass off.  I heard the usual screaming kid today by customer service and shrugged it off until a coworker comes up and informs me that it's a kid with his arm stuck in the vending machine!  :lol:  He was elbow deep!  He's screaming and freaking out and his parents are laughing, customers are starting to gather, and I'm thoroughly enjoying myself.  20 minutes later the cops and fire dept. show up, cover the kid with a blanket, and bust the glass open to get him out.  Now the machine is empty cuz the vendor came and took the stuff back.  Stupid kids..  Damn parents... :rolleyes:

Kids will get into anything and everything, regardless of the dangers involved.

The parents don't sound like the kinda pricks that would sue the company, seeing how they were laughing at the incident. Good parenting on their part. If they made a big deal out of it, and blamed the company, the kid would only learn that he can benefit at someone else's expense by passing blame, and that no matter what stupid shit he does, parents would cover for him.

No real reason to sue the company, other than to try to get money out of this, because the owner of the machine didn't do anything wrong.
Of course, some people are assholes, so who knows.

Haha!  When I worked in a restaurant, there was this lady that got a finger stuck in one of those moist towelette dispensers.  You know, the plastic kind with jagged edges on top to cut the towelettes.  We had to call a fireman over to use special scissors to cut her finger out of it to avoid legal action:).
