LEGISLATION TO BAN SALVIA DIVINORUM IN GERMANY

On January 23, 2008, the German government proposed that Salvia divinorum
(all parts of the plant) be added to Appendix I of the German narcotics law
(Betäubungsmittelgesetz [BtMG]). This would ban production, trafficking, and
possession. This law is expected to be ratified on February 15, 2008. The
text of the proposed law only mentions Salvia divinorum. Salvinorin A is not
mentioned.

Another country readies itself to jump on the prohibition bandwagon, and it's one of the big European ones this time.

If you are German, BUY A PLANT NOW. Growing Salvia is relatively easy. If you won't grow and use Salvia as a tool, make sure to pick up some Salvia while its still out there. Salvia extract in an airtight vial in the freezer lasts for years if it need be.

Forgive them Lady, for they know not that they suck.

Ach "Scheiße" heißt doch korrekt. Ich werde bald in Deutschland umziehen, und das freut mich überhaupt nicht! Ich hab nie Salvia probiert, aber es ist möglich. Ich werde dort viele neue Dinge probieren. Gern!

The thing that throws me off about the German keyboard layout is "tz" instead of "ty." :stoned:
