3rd Job

i've come to the conclusion that i need a 3rd job. i currently work a job that is 4 10 hour shifts(monday-thursday) during the day and another job that is 3 hours shifts early saturday and sunday morning. friday is my day to get chores done, pay car insurance, cash checks, etc. but im noticing that saturday and sunday, during the day, i walk like 3 times for an hour each for exercise. if i dont, ill start gaining weight since all my hobbies are lazy ones. a new job will provide me with the exercise i need.

i was thinking of doing something really easy, like working at a gas station pumping gas or at a retail store stocking selves.

what kind of job should i get that is easy, but not a sit-down job, where i could just work the weekends?

do you guys think that one day a week to get chores and whatnot done is to little?

My first job was working in a supermarket packing shelves. Since then I've probably had close to a dozen other jobs, ranging from bar work to engineering, sales to mobile repairs. I can honestly say that packing shelves was one of the most enjoyable. It's completely mindless, you just spend all day chatting to your coworkers, packing shit. You can turn up pissed or stoned or whatever you want. There are no deadlines or big pressures, and you don't have to deal with customers unless they ask you where something is. Pay for me at least was alright, with overtime. Highly recommended!

yeah shelf stocking is a pretty rad job. Gas station attendant is pretty good too. i used to work mornings supermarket shelf stocking and afternoons as a gas attendant. One day a guy came in the the supermarket looking for charcoal which the supermarket didn't stock so I told him to try the gas station. guess who served him at the gas station :smile: the look of confusion on his face was classic.

what are your jobs now?

and why not work out? walking doesn't do much good, get that heart rate up and try a nice jog instead.
