the play calling, has been HORRIFIC, the ENTIRE season.

Obviously I am in San Diego so I dont get to watch the Stealers too often, but from what I have seen their inconsistencies on Offense have given their D little to work with which is why they have lost some of their games (including todays playoff).

and the biggest problem is the playcalling.

The talent is there, except for sometimes, the protection.

and i won't ever be convinced that Santonio Holmes is an adaquate replacement for Plexico Burress, we don't even have a good 3rd

Cedrick Wilson catches everything that's thrown to him....on the rare occassion when something is thrown to him. Nate Washington is ok and getting better.

They just don't have the spead and consistency to get open.

Ward is always good, but he carries the load. Santonio shows up sometimes, but he's not consistently the big play guy.

Cedrick is good though, wish they'd use him more.

I really like Santonio Holmes and I thought he was going to have a great season but he needs work with routes, from what I saw in the few Steelers games I was able to see.

My buddy who is a Steelers fan doesnt like him though. I think his reasoning is similar to yours in the sense that he is not Plexico Burress or even close to that level.
