My guess would be it's related to endorphins or lactic acid. Does it happen when you do other strenuous exercise?

If not, it's basis is probably neurological.

When I play DDR for like 2 hours and then stop sometimes my jaw hurts like HELL. I don't know why and it's very random. It goes away after an hour tops.

Hrm. Sounds like maybe a blood oxygen issue. Maybe you're anemic or something like that. Do you have pale skin?

You know I'd see an actual doctor about that. Go in for a check up and just mention it

Where do you live?

Guess #1: If you live in the US i'm guessing its getting colder there. When you jog, you usually jog with your mouth half open. This means that lots of cool air is constantly sweeping past your bottom teeth, and after prolonged exposure they're likely to tingle. It's the same thing if you go skiing then any parts of skin that are exposed to the cold and wind start to tingle. Try jogging with your mouth closed and see if it tingles.

Guess #2: Check to see if it tingles at other times of autonomic arousal, such as when you're frightened or nervous. The gums take a lot of blood flowing through them and would be sensitive to this.

no, my skin looks fine. i have smoked cigarettes for a while though(4 years). i haven't in last two days though and before that i usually only smoked 3-4 a day if even that.

could it be that my lungs aren't able to get enough air when needed?

I doubt its got much to do with Cigs unless you have an allergic reaction to them that you don't notice. 7 year smoker and all that happens is I cough and weez and wanna pass out. Tingling, sweet saliva.... Stop asking a bunch of non MD's and ask a real one!
