Insomnia,
Depends on location. Ohio generally a pretty poor area for hunting and observing the 'magic' types. Others species abound, though. Unfortunately, for wild hunting of 'magic' types, a road trip will probably be required. Not always as far as you would expect. MJ would be much more of a help concerning what is more prevalant in certain regions. Also, refer to whatever references you may be able to find. Well informed is what it's all about.
Peace

Well I decided to go on a shroom hunt today in a local park near Cleveland. Unfortunately, didn't find a single shroom of any kind. Plan to hit the metroparks soon. I remember always seeing different kinds of shrooms when I was younger and hiking through the woods. I did see some interesting shrooms on someone's front lawn on the walk home, but a cop came down the street just as I was about to grab a few to check out.

Been a bumper crop year in NE Ohio this past spring, due to unusually moist spring. No native psilo's known to me, though. But other species have been found in abundance.
Peace
