I don't wanna hear any shit about Katrina tonight. So America has about 50,000 less crackhouses. Get the fuck over. Just focus on the game announcers.
Reggie Bush WAS drafted too high! Cannot produce!

Did you hear that interview with Arthur Blank? Sure, the Falcons are gonna use their first pick and invest millions in a new QB like Colt or Tebow and keep him on the bench all year. Like, under whose fucking apprenticeship?

Let's wait 5 years before we're saying Reggie Bush was drafted too high. I doubt we'll see many more productive players overall that were in his draft.

Except, you know, the Pro-Bowl left tackle and center.

Well, he went second. And there's also Vince Young.

I may be wrong on this but isnt Tebow going to stay in college for at least another year? He is only a sophmore so I dont see him getting drafted this season. Colt could work for their team though.

They'll take Brian Brohm if they can, he's a Petrino protegé already.
Also, whoever said Tebow, their opinion on the matter is already discounted as they don't know the rules which state a player must be three years removed from high school to be NFL-eligible.

Just focus on the game announcers.
Came across some comments about the game from a fan. I guess it about sums up my feelings:
"Worst Broadcast Ever?
Following the game, I contacted my father for our usual post-game discussion. Not surprisingly, our first comments were related to the awful broadcast by ESPN. Below are some of the....highlights of the brilliant coverage:
15 minute interview with Arthur Blank: Tony K is not Ted Koppel and Monday Night Football is not Larry King Live. It was unbearable watching Tony, holding two large folders of questions, interview Arthur Blank as if he scored a major interview with Vladimir Putin. It was comical. Even worse than the interview, ESPN elected to show close-ups of the announcing team (of course, completely ignoring the action on the field). I've never seen anyone as out of place as Ron Jaworski. Jaws was smiling nervously as Tony tossed out his 10th question to Blank regarding the Falcons future draft selections......Meanwhile back on the field, Drew Brees and the Saints passing attack is performing a clinic, worthy of replays and analysis to reveal why the Saints have been moving the ball so effectively.
When did the game become secondary to the network crew?
2nd Half: Enter Steve Young followed by another quarter of Vick discussion. Absolutely nothing new was added on the subject. Again, ESPN finds it necessary to focus the cameras on the crew at the expense of replays and game analysis.
Bush Chatter: Viewers were pounded with commentary and shots of Reggie Bush at 5 minute intervals. News flash: "Reggie Bush is meeting with Mickey Loomis and Sean Payton to discuss the balance of the season". The camara zooms in on Bush as the Saints Defense forces a 3 and out. The ball is punted with no replays or comments regarding the success of the Saints Defense on the drive.
Monday Night Football has become "Football for Dummies". ESPN underestimates the football knowledge of fans, and believes that more banter = higher ratings. The interviews and awful camera shots prevent coverage of pre-snap formations and replays. Motion, audibles and additional pre-snap activity such as fake blitzes are hidden from the audience as cameras focus on booth interviews and "Sportscenter Updates". The camera zooms back to the field a split second before the snap. Am I the only one or is this the most annoying thing in the history of sports television?"
