Bubble hash

Is it possible to make good bubble hash without those expensive bags? Can you make your own filtering device or will it come out shitty?

You could make a variation of bubble hash, called "Rubble" Hash. I read about it in Hightimes. Apparently its a type of hash made from purely mechanical means. It uses a series of metal screens (that you can buy at any hardware store) a vice, an oven, and a few pieces of wood. Try digging up the article at Hightimes.com, it was on the cover, early 2000's I believe.

Some methods involve ice and coffee filters.

Or you could do blender hash, like Trailer Park Boys.

Bubble hash is called "bubble hash" because it is made with "bubble bags", so no, you can't make bubble hash without the bags, but you can still make good hash that comes close. Bubble hash is just a name. There are a lot of ways to make quality hash, just search Google.

Yes, you can find micron bags like the ones branded as bubble bags at pool supply stores.

I thought i read on there site that the name comes from the fact that it bubbles up while being freebased?

You're right, I completely forgot about that. The point I was trying to make was you can make perfectly good hash without the bags, and relatively simple too.

I don't know much at all about making hash and what materials you need, but I watched this a while ago, I guess it's called the "Gumby" method. It seems like you don't need many materials and it looks pretty easy.

You can press kief together by putting it in the oven for about 10 minutes at 190 Degrees.

I don't know much about hash and am not sure if it's the same, but it looks about the same. Kief is the trichromes..

For anyone who's tried is it worth it to use schwag to make hash? Does it just give you a stronger shit high or is it enjoyable?

Make hash oil, with butane. Using regs is fine just use a lot, it doesn't affect the quality.

It's not gonna turn your schwag into dank but it's not bad at all. Quite preferable to actually smoking the schwag.
