Natural Fractals From the SUN's Light............
    #7524925 -

OK, I finally broke down and got a digital camera so I could "capture" these things....
The imperfections you may see in the "background" are actually the bumps on the wall....  :smirk:
Lesson learned, I think I need to start looking for a used movie projector screen....

:sunny:  +  :darkside:  +   =

These look like holographic mushrooms to me....

I took almost 200 shots, learning a little bit about my camera, not all of the shots were "winners" of course....
All the originals are 4000 x 3000 pixel resolution....
Taken with a Fuji F50 on the "natural ambient light" setting....
Don't know a whole lot about cameras, yet....

And never known your face
All this time I've missed you
And searched this human race
Here is true peace
Here my heart knows calm
Safe in your soul
Bathed in your sighs

I have two HUGE 8" long crystal prisms, aim them into one spot onto the wall,
and use different sorts of lenses to "distort" the rainbow light beam....

The camera captured the colors pretty good, but it doesn't capture the intensity of light itself....
Either way, it is a BLAST screwing around with this stuff....!
I have a few more ideas I came up with that I am going to try next time....
Hopefully this weekend will be nice and sunny in the mornings....    :sunny:
