Hahaha,
just drinking my second glass of tasty homebrew!

Cost me about £3 for 4 litres of about 18% alcohol , I'm never buying from a pub or shop again!

today, a buddy in my greenhouse management class and i were talking about either doing homebrew or setting up a still if he gets a few acres when he moves

It only took 7 days too!

There's a store about 20 minutes from me that is entirely devoted to home brewing and winemaking. Maybe instead of pissing away my money on store bought brew @ $8 a 12pk, I should invest in a setup.

My grandfather has been making his own wine since 1991 and I was pretty impressed the last time he gave me a bottle. It tasted better than anything I've ever had at a restaurant or bar, got me lit off of one small glass and only cost him about $2 a bottle to make.

you should make a still and put your brew in it, i just got more turbo yeast and activated carbon in the mail today, i make my own tasty vodka

Congrats on making your own brew. :thumbup:

I'm taking a break from it but, making your own beer wine and liquor is super rewarding. I have made some very good beer wine and liquors.

One of the best investments I ever made:



I can consistently and easily pull off 96 -97% with it from just water, sugar and turbo yeast. Use malt extract instead of sugar and you get the equivalent of a good single malt scotch.

I love my still. :smile:
