I wonder what the legality of putting one of those on a plot of land in the wilderness is? I'm sure there would be some kind of building permits or something, right?
cuz if not I could get some land in the middle of nowhere for a couple grand, put one of those up, and BAM- instant safehouse. albeit with no a/c, running water, or electricity.
perfect place to manufacture drugs

Once you exercise this freedom you've lost all control over what you do, what is produced, and how it is produced. And in the end, the product doesn't belong to you. The only way you can avoid bosses and jobs is if you don't care about making a living. Which leads to the second freedom: the freedom to starve." - Tom Morello

well, in my county you can build anything you want, as long as its under 200SQF, without any permits, this one is only 196sqf.
technically you cant live in it though..... but i doubt anyone would care if i did.

It looks like a doll house.
When you say "kit house" I envision something along the lines of one of those prefabricated "geo-domes" or a bamboo cottage that is shipped in pieces.
Looks livable, one step above camping I suppose.

Sure you can build it?
I mean, they will send you the wood and maybe the nails. You'd better be able to put it together, and as well, if you're planning on making a house in the woods to make drugs in, you have to find a way to get the house into the woods. I mean, you can just bring a semi trailer in and hammer away for days.
After thta though, spray it cammoflague, get a gas generator and start making... whatever the hell you fancy. And share.
