Well I wrapped tilapia and mahi-mahi fillets in foil with some garlic butter. I also had sweet taters, a baked tater, corn on the cob, some biscuits, mmmmm
you guys should seriously try cooking yourselves, it's real fun and real tasty.

well I've been smoking weed all night.
I don't usually eat much fiber, this should help.
And the fact that it was fish just makes it 10x better

i didn't have a real dinner. when i got home, i just threw some eggs, deli sliced ham and turkey, and chopped mushrooms (button, crimini, and shitake) into a pan and scrambled 'em up. put some muenster on top and seasoned with frank's red hot. it was strange, to say the least, but i was hungry and that's about all i had that i could whip up real quick. it was surprisingly tasty.

I pan fried a salmon filet with a little bit of cayenne pepper, and with it I had whole grain rice and spinach with pine nuts.
