Back when it started I wanted to help populate it with some good topics, and having recently acquired my first digicam, being a Food Network fiend, as well as really starting to cook daily, I decided to start snappin' away.  Do a search for my threads in that forum if you're interested in the recipes for any of the above photos.

I would love to put more of 'em together but life has got me up and busy in a quick, and I just haven't found the time to get crackin' at ye' ol' Shroomery as much lately.  :frown:

I'll try to get back in the swing, but now that my digicam is pretty much broken, I need to get a new one of those first!  I'm thinkin' the Canon PowerShot S5 IS.  Any photo geeks have an opinion?

I'm VERY impressed that your list included personality and character. You're a keeper man! :smile:

Konn...you can cook in my house! :smile:


At 45 with teens in the house I never go to restaurants, pizza once in a while, and I spend close to $200 a week on food. Teens can eat like a vacuum cleaner man! woah!

I send you all a wonderful virtual meal of soup, salad and a main dish with your choice of fries or a baked potato. Will you have a drink with that? Skol! lol

I spend $400-$500 dollars per month to feed myself, my two boys, my two rats & occasional meals with my boyfriend.

I don't eat out, and buy only organic produce & as many organic products as possible. I buy bulk products when available, have a veggie garden & rarely purchase prepared foods.

You can never spend enough on food. (At least I can't) If I had the choice, I'd be almost poor, but eat like a king. Nothing is more important to me than the best quality meats, fruits, vegetables and grains. Well...it's not quite as important as sex, but it's a very close first.

well...i did my shopping the george carlin way last week, i didnt eat for two days, smoked eight joints and went to the store. i ended up with atleast twenty boxes of nutterbutters, an assload of dr. pepper, two bottles of cheap wine and a suprising item, creamed corn...lots of it

sure there was other stuff
milk
eggs
corn starch
frozen oj(which i eat btw..i dont mix it with water...am i going to die?)
ramen
salmon
some ground beef
lamb for some reason
(i cooked it with some more expensive wine and some pasta of my own recipe which includes two ounces of weed)
thats all i can remember with out leaving my living room

i spent well over 600
i should be good for two weeks
i tend to have lots of hungry people over
goes with the buisness i suppose

600 hundred bucks? and it's only gonna last you 2 weeks?. goddamn that wounds like a big waste of money. I dunno so far in the last 4 or 5 days i've spent about a hundred on food. but i'm like fully starting fresh, having just moved into school and all. it's so nice to cook food! I made mussels yesterday and some pasta with a garlic cream sauce. today i think it's gonan be Ribs, Potatoes and Corn. YIPPIE!

i have large amounts of stoner at my house
buying product
pretty regular basis
all friends, so im obligated to smoke out
and then they tend to raid my kitchen unless i threaten them...but im not mean like that :laugh:
anyone i smoke with has rights to go through my food...its a rule i have :laugh:
