Baseball playoffs
    #7361893 -

Braves are finished. That sweep was heartbreaking.
My playoff guesses.
National League
NL East: Mets, no doubt
NL West:Probably the Padres but it will be a good race. Whoever gets second in the NL west will get the wild card unless the Phillies start kicking ass.
NL Central:Cubs will probably hold it down
Wild card: Arizona
American League:
AL East: Red Sox. No question.
AL West: Angels
AL Central: Indians
Wild card: Yankees. I would have said the Mariners a week ago but they have lost nine in a row.
I do know my opinion doesn't mean a thing but I want to see what you guess think about my list and the teams in general.

Hard to argue with any of it. Detroit is sucking cock and the Padres and Snakes have clearly superior pitching. I never believed in Seattle (see several previous posts by me) but have been rather surprised at the Detroit cave. 2006 a fluke? Maybe. Mets are definitely a flawed team but will probably have enough to hold on. Maybe. Way too many games left to start buying playoff tickets with a two game lead. Sound reasoning, though, on your part and the most likely outcome.
