Ready to upgrade from flouros......

Looking for an affordable lighting system for an indoor greenhouse that I use to start seeds and for salvia cuttings and orchids and herbs (no MJ) I would like to spend less than $200 on it. How many watts should I go for? Any good website for this? Is building it from parts feasible?

for salvia and orchids id stick with the flouros... they dont require much light at all... i keep mine in a north facing window without any direct sunlight...

never tried growing herbs indoors, but they will probably require some better lighting...

something like a 250w hps would probably be sufficient, depending on the area of course...
buying the components and putting the light togeher yourself would be the most economical option i think, thats all a grow shop does and charges u for the priveledge...
