    #732392 -

My friend reccently was cold shocking four cakes and dunking at the same time, and the damn refridgerator got too cold and froze. This totally ruined two of the cakes. I have no idea why it froze in the fridge!??!?

Why wouldnt u be able to defrost the cakes and still use as is? It prolly froze because maybe it was in the back part of the fridge
where it tends to be more colder. I have thought many many times whether u can freeze a colonized cake
then still use. Cus sometimes u just dont have the time or the money (at that time) to go ahead and
induce fruiting..rather than just let it sit in the incubator. Have u TRIED fruiting dem cakes,
u never know y'know =D

Two fo the cakes that froze, had parts that turned to black smudge. They might still be able to fruit, but I dont want to risk it, they look pretty bad. At least I didnt lose all four.
