Hondas are great as long as you keep in mind they're point a to point b cars, not supercars, and that they've been driven by every highschool kid within a 100 mile radius of the car.

Not mine! My ma bought it with 0 miles right off the lot back in '99, and I bought it from her last year with 115 thousand on it and sold my Caddy... still kind of miss the ole panzer, but definitely not the mileage it got - between 10 and 15 mpg.. thats not makin it nowadays

That bitch barely shifts without grinding WITH the clutch, I don't see how it can be done.

Well when all the gears are spinning at the rite speed it will go from gear to gear, it just all sinks up.

automatic, just because it's safer and i highly value life.

How the hell is it safer? I disagree dude... I think driving stick keeps me more in tune with the road cuz I gotta use both feet, both hands and know what gear I'm in (which comes naturally with practice).

I agree with this comment. when more of your body and mind is focused solely on driving, it leaves less space for attention to wander. people who get too used to automatics are also the same ones who drive and talk on the phone, eat, do other non-driving activities...

plus, manual is cheaper.
