How do you guys eat the stuff? I've got a few sausage links but sour krauts out of the question atm

Get some Rye bread, toast it up.
Get some havarti cheese, put that on the toast, slice some tomatoes and slice the kielbasa, peel the skin too. Good ol fashion'd sandwich

slice it thin and place it in a sandwich, or cut it into tiny pieces and toss it in a pan with some scrambled eggs.

Yea its the sausage skin, don't eat it, don't give it to your dog/cat/hamster. I like to chew on it sometimes while i prepare my food, but yea.

I did a google image search and a few pics came up from Chicago in poppy seed buns, fried onions, mustard n stuff.. :confused:

I always just throw it in a pan with a little veggy oil and some onion... really doesn't get much easier than that

in the US - i get the kind you find at the market - we dont peel the skin - just slice it into coins or into halves - fry it up till it is crisp - put in bread.

awesome!

I like Hillshire farms turkey kielbasa, less fat - same great taste! Which is not usual for turkey items.
