Mohegan Sun vs. Foxwoods

The Sun is clearly better. Even if you look like white trash, you can blend in well. Foxwoods is way more ritzy and drab.

Anyone else stake a claim?

you live in connecticut? mohegan sun doesnt have poker, and foxwoods has many poker tables.

I've only ever been to Foxwoods and I had a BLAST.

It's a shame the only Native Americans I actually saw there were the guys in the restrooms handing me towels. :sad:

Yup, live in CT, only about 15-30 minutes away from both casinos...I was thinking about going to one of them on a ten strip today, or swimming...any suggestions??

Foxwoods just added ANOTHER hotel and Casino co-owned by MGM.

Jesus H Christ, there's gonna be a shitload of traffic through my town.

cool, i go to school over in hartford.

i dunno if i'd want to trip in a casino, while there are a ton of lights and stuff, there's just too much going on. that and when i see people at slot machines, i kind of feel sorry for them. granted, i'll put 5 or 10 bucks into a machine sometime and play for a little while, but some people seem like slaves to the machines. getting frustrated and putting more and more money into the machines. feel like it would be especially depressing while tripping.

the sun is more expensive, and I hate the fact it's decorated like some Indian ride at Disney.

Foxwoods is better.

never swam and tripped before. i dont know greenfalls but i think my friend lives in preston.

sometimes we dose up and climb mt talcott in avon, can see most of ct from up there. also enders falls is a cool spot we go to sometimes. huge waterfalls. my friend fell and almost died there before, so we've come to the consensus of not ever tripping there cause it's just too dangerous.

Yeah, but Foxwoods looks like it's trying to be a vegas casino. And I LIKE DISNEYLAND thank you very much!;-)

Mohegan's waterfall is cool too.

They are 21 year old casinos. Well I mean you have to be 21 to gamble there.
