Most cubensis strains I know need 70- mid 80 deg temps ..I only know of more difficult to grow species that require cold temps.

Yeah I know, that's why I'm looking for cubensis that like lower temperatures. I don't mind "difficulty", I've got a pretty white thumb -MycoHumor (tm)- :P Anyway if someone knows of such a beast, lemme know.

If not cubensis, what do you all recommend for other psilocybe shrooms that like colder temps? (Say 50-65 F)?

I don't know the fahrenheit scale, but Psilocybe Semilanceata (a.k.a. Liberty Cap) grows in mild climates.
They start to fruit in sep. - oct. here in Sweden and then it's pretty cold and rainy.
