No, more like the statement "This is how a shirt should fit."
A shirt should fit however the fuck you want it to fit. Personally I would usually not wear a shirt that fits the way the one you posted does unless I was wearing it under my pads.

ok if you gotta walk pulling up your pants all the time - it's too big

if the neck color on your shirt shows your shoulder- it's too big

^^^^ you can wear baggy clothes but in moderation, some people take it too far. Especially young people


but it's also vice versa

If your one of these narcisist muscle heads who always wears a shirt that whether or not your nipples are hard they always show through - then it's too small

if your wearing jeans so tight that everyone can see which one of your nuts hangs lower- then it's too small

^^^^ people need to stop with that too . I know cowboys like to do the tight crotch thing but as we all know one of the village people was also a cowboy..
