I like silver noodles the best. We have a dish at the Thai restaurant called pad woo sen and it's the best noodle dish that I've ever had.

I always say "Woo sen chicken ain't nothin' ta fuck with!!"(Wu Tang style).:grin:

i like this kind for the cheap packets style.


i actually like to eat it ramen style (kind of soupy/brothy) with a squirt of sriracha hot sauce and a little soy sauce for extra flavor.

i also had this bowl of instant noodles once that had a nice crispy cake of tempura something on the top that actually stayed nice and crispy even though it was soaking in hot broth. i think it looked like this


not sure though. if anybody knows what i'm talking about and can point me to where i can buy some, i'd be a happy fucking camper!
