Not necessarily, but if you want. You'd be comparing a movie on HDTV to a televsion program on HDTV.

Generally tv. But it all comes down to the equipment the footage is being shot with and recorded on.

Movies are more realistic. Have you ever seen the "making of" a movie--they show the movie scene and then they shift to the on-set recording of the filming of that movie scene? The recording looks totally unrealistic.

Yeah exactly, tv shows are less realistic, and i think movies are more believable (like a sitcom vs a comedy movie) only in movies they do stunts that would never happen in real life.

A good movie looks realistic, a bad movie doesn't.
A good tv show looks realistic, a bad one doesn't.
