I like IsoHunt, but I read somewhere that BTJunkie has the most trackers of all, and also Demonoid if you can get an invite. I'm not sure if I can give invites, PM me if you want one and I'll check it out.

Mininova is another good one.

I wish someone would give me an oink invite. I don't want to make a whole thread about it, so i subtly put it in my sig. But so far, no one has hit me up.

Torrentspy is good for alot of things. Also the other ones that were already mentioned. When you cant find something you can always google "Some Cd or Movie or w.e .torrent."

Strictly for music try soulseek -very good app.

Torrents is a good torrent site search engine, I use it all the time. It automatically searches fifteen torrent sites, including most of the one mentioned.

I'd give you a Demonoid invite, but I used all mine up.  I should be getting 3 more relatively soon though, if you still need one PM me in about a week, I'll hook it up .

http://torrents.to is th best place. It is a meta search engine so when you search for something it searches on a bunch of different sites and is easy to navagate.
