Thai Koh Samui

I innoculated 8 jars 4 weeks ago, and most of them have only the slightest patches of colonization (I used brown rice). I opened up the ones that were not colonizing, and they smelled like rotten apples. There's no mold growing, so I don't know what's going on...

Any suggestions as to what this could be?... and how I might be able to speed up colonization? Should I juast start over?

Your jars have bacterial bloom. Throw them out and start over. Practice better sterilie technique next time. Sorry to hear this.

has anyone seen meet the parents with ben stiller? koh samui was the place the dad was sending his daughter and soon to be son in law for their honeymoon. i just realised that
