I don't know.  It seems clear enough to me.  :shrug:

I'm a heterosexual female, and I've been hit on by lesbians quite a few times.  Perhaps they were hoping I was bi?  :grin:

I work with this great gay bartender and i actually asked him about gaydar. He's very, very experienced in his sexuality, so i trust him on the topic. He said he used to be able to use gaydar rather well, until the metrosexual "pretty boy" movement which pretty much made the gaydar method go all out of whack.

but i suppose that doesn't really apply to lesbians, does it?

There aren't a lot of opening gay or bi folks around here...but i'm sure i'll figure it out. I suppose there's no point in fearing rejection, though it would be nice to just be able to tell sexual preference right off the bat.:grin:

When you are talking to her, put your hand on hers for emphasis. See if she pulls it away or not. I had a gay friend that tried that trick on me. I can tell in 5 min if a guy is gay, but not so with women. I have a friend that tells me all the time that this girl or that one is flirting with me. I just don't catch it.

Girls are a more difficult situation. Me and my friends constantly tell each other we love each other and snuggle and hug and kiss... it murks the waters.
