cereal is my all time favorite munchie food. It quenches the thirst AND hunger at the same time.

Generally I eat two types of cereal. Munchies consist of high sugar cereals mostly Lucky Charms and Captain Crunch.

But for breakfast(if at all) is good classic Bran Flakes. nothing beats bran flakes.

Seriously, eat something with less sugar and more vitamins/protein/fiber.
If not for you, for those that you know.
Coco-Puffs are hopeless-sweet-voodoo-styrofoam as far as nutrition is concerned.

Rice Krispies are default cereal. There's always a giant box of Rice Krispies in the pantry....ALWAYS.

I'm a pretty big fan of Corn Pops myself. But for some reason when I buy Corn Pops in the US, they are different. They're not crunchy enough and they're shaped differently.

Life cereal is good too. With strawberries or bananas. Mmmmm.
