Liquid on sweet tarts???

A friend is picking up some liquid and his hook told him to bring something to drop the liquid L on to. Do you think sweet tarts would work fine?

I have used sweet tarts in the past, but as already stated there is a danger of the liquid rolling off because it doesn't immediately absorb. You have to let them sit for a period of time to let it soak in.
