I dont understand how you guys do this. I tried ti for my first tiem by just stick a cap and small stem in and i almost puked balls, then in the back of my mind i had the image of the green gooey shit it turns into. I gagged like so much i just put it in power and drank

I've eaten small caps fresh with no big deal, but I don't know if I could eat a full active dose... Maybe I'll try some, then just blend the rest into an OJ smoothie as usual.
