Anyone with PS2 mod installation experience

#6805390 - 04/18/07 07:35 PM (19 years, 6 months ago)

I recently tried putting a DMS 4 Lite SE chip on a v9 console. It still turns on and will play a burned DVD movie but won't play a burned DVD game (don't have any of his originals I can test with ). I can't seem to find any decent information on what the load up is supposed to look like. or where I can check to see what might have been my potential installation problems.

Any help and direction would be greatly appreciated.

if you're sure your soldering isn't the problem, research how to control your mod chip... some need to be turned on/off by holding the power button down for >5-10seconds
