Hey you're in NYC, ever had the Dinosaur BBQ? The joint in Syracuse makes delicious fucking pulled pork, I don't know how on par the other couple restaurants throughout the state are, but that shit is delicious. Best pulled pork I've ever had. Good ribs too.

Dude I know the spot you are talking about in syracuse, I went there like 3 years ago, The food was good, and I was remembering it last week during a conversation with friends.

I got a friend that is muslim and everytime time he tells me something taste good and ask me what it has I tell him it has pork juice. LOL. (Food business)

Those sandwich are the best!! The more I magine them the hungrier I get .

True dat.
I have been perfecting authentic BBQ for well over 10 years and nothing compares to making it yourself. Sure when I am ini the southern states I scout out wood burning BBQ joints..but its so much better hanging outside in the yard sluggin some brews and hanging with friends and then turning them on to the best Q they ever tasted.
