only when your a stanger, see something to think about their.

yeah i used to go to my nabors when i would be frying and they would be playing it smoking bud, that and bob dillen and some other shit like flaming lips or someshit. well i ended up geting the diskography and im buzzing and the musics great. its just some new shit is to compact for my body and mind. when i hear hendrix or doors or older stuff thats funky i can groove.

Its great to listen to the doors, especially when there is only one speaker working so you get no stereophonic effect. Of course if both speakers worked you would be listening to Led Zeppelin, which can actually prove deadly when heard without at a left and right speaker.

I met Ray, and I got the distinct impression that he was the musical mastermind behind The Doors.

Jim Morrison is alive and well, and he's living in Oregon. (true story)

I'm a huge dead head but I love The Doors as well. In fact I would have to say my three favorite bands are 1)Grateful Dead, 2)The Doors, and 3)Pink Floyd. It's all good music, especial to trip to.

But it really didn't revolve around him.

From what I understand Jim was very much against him being singled out of the band and would refuse to perform if he was highlighted by "the house."

i had got that impression from the movie. but i was hearing an america prayer, and one bit hes leaveing off stage and you can hear the girls screeming jim. so i just got the idea that would make the otehr band members kinda jelious.

hell yea the Doors are great i love jim morrison...hes one of the sexiest men ive ever seen. alot of ppl do seem to leave the Doors out ...not forget them but they arent remembered like they should be. Bob Dylan is great shit to man wish it was the way it was back in that day now. talkin to ppl like the ppl on here is bout the closest u can get.
