Codiene

I was wondering if anyone knows about codiene and drug tests. I was prescribed codiene for my horrible cough, and am possibly taking a drug test tomorrow. I know some of the synthetic opiates don't show up on tests, but thats just what I've heard through the grapevine. I know benzos typically don't either unless you are on them at the time of the test, but Im not 100% on hydrocodone.

If you have a prescription just bring it in and show it to em... They can't hold it against you when you got it from a doctor for a legitimate medical reason...

But yeah... codeine shows up on drug tests...

Codeine is definitely tested. Benzos and hydrocodone are a gamble, and may or may not be tested.

Hydrocodone is vicodin and that certainly does show up on drug tests. But like someone else said, if you have a prescription, they cannot hold thatagainst you. Good luck!
