preview box showing up blank

is this just me, or does no one else see anything but an empty box when they hover over a thread?



cause something tells me that being able to forsee the quality of a post without having to actually click on it is an absolute necessity  :yesnod:

If he does he can be assured that doesn't work in this case.

The over-over preview hasn't worked for me since yesterday.

Shift reload doesn't do anything for it.

What version of Internet Explorer? The Broken Javascript Edition™? I've tested in IE6 and IE7 and it works okay for me. Actually I spent a while tweaking it for those browsers because of course, IE needed special code to display the forward and back links properly. Maybe try clearing your cache?

Sorry man I don't really know what to tell you. I can't duplicate the problem at all, even logged in as you and using IE. Do you get any javascript errors? (Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced, check 'Display a notification about every script error'.) If you have access to another computer, does it work there?

it worked fine untill a couple of days ago.
i did what you said about java script errors and haven't got an error notification. but i don't even know what that means. i'll tell you if i'm notified about a java script error.

alright...I turned on my error notification thingy, and I wound up getting something like this:

Yeah I'm stumped... just to make sure there isn't something weird about my computer, I went to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced and clicked the 'Reset' button to restore all the settings to default. Then I logged in as you and tested again. Still works fine, using IE on two separate computers. :shrug:



It also works in IE6, Firefox 2 and Opera 9. I'm sorry to say it but I really think it's something on your end which is causing the problem.
