i always thought mexico city was like this overpopulated, poverty stricken mess.

Those look lke real pictures that someone did some PS work over. Makes them look very artsy and fake but they are real.

There are much better things around than Mex City. The photos are pretty cool though... i recommend: Morelia, Zacatecas, Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, Maruata, Colima, Guanajuato, Chiapas, Oaxaca... just to name a few.

I went to mexico city for a 4 week vacation last March.... I have to tell you it's absolutley nothing like those pictures. In a city of 38 million people (:shocked:) there's bound to be some nice places where they can take some cool pictures, but I remember driving through literally 20 miles of tent city, where nearly 10 million people (read, larger than New York) where sleeping in cardboard boxes.

However, there's also Torre Espacio, La Zona Rosa, etc.... I loved the hell out of my trip, but you do need to be aware there's a shit ton of poverty there also.

Here's Torre Espacio if I'm not mistaken



This picture captures it pretty well. Houses as far as the eye can see!

if u go dont get into any trouble, there has been situations where cops abduct people right at the airport when they fly in and beat kill them for their atm cards and pin #,s life is mas borato there
seriously polluted also, but it is nice there is some old buildings around unlike the U.S where they demolish old buildings for no reason besides profits and kickbacks

Those are some amazing pics of Mexico! I've never been out of the country yet, but I want to visit Mexico when I get the chance.
