What is such bullshit to think is the greatest guitar player ever?...but as rahia said...i didn't say that.

You might not think he the best ever but i fucking do. But that doesn't make me crazy or wrong.

I know of many of guitarist that have technical ability far beyond jerry but they are not better in my eye. some are faster...some are more elecric...etc..etc...but jerry put his soul into his guitar playing. every note had reason and so much emotion. and he made it up on the spot. But not only that he worked with the whole band. Jerry didn't show off. The rest of the band was in jerry's league. But he never played too loud or drowned anyone out. His guitar playing in fucking perfect....Sure he might have fucked every now and then but that doesn't change his perfection. And no one can tell me otherwise.

I think your love for the man has overshadowed his ability. I would argue that Santana, Hendrix, Knopfler, and Glimour poured just as much emotion into their playing as Garcia. Plus they sounded better.

The largest bomb, as well as the largest energy event ever caused by mankind was the russian Tsar Bomba hydrogen bomb.




The explosion had a force of 50 megatons, 50.000.000.000 kg of TNT explosive, which is a trillion times more powerful than a hand grenade.

simply not true... this is exactly why I didn't want to post in the thread. NO BODY....and I will repeat.... NO BODY sounds better than Jerry. I developed the love for the man after listening to everyone else and realizing they just don't cut it.

Avdeyev at one point held the record for cumulative time spent in space with 747.59 days in earth orbit, accumulated through three tours of duty aboard the Mir Space Station.
