An animatrix (robots serve us) like society where nobody has to work for money, food etc and then a drug, without tolerance, that gives pure euphoria for as long as you want.

That's my ultimate dream... and how god should have made it in the first place.

I'd like to see a graphics application that directly addresses the needs of screenprinters. I'm tired of getting art that is not set up correctly from people who claim to know what they are doing.

HAHAHAHA... you must be really fed up with "What's a CMYK?" and "Why can't you print my 200x200 RGB jpeg?"

Yeah, that's pretty much how my day goes. I spend little time actually working on art, most of the time is spent explaining to people why I can't use their crappy art. They'll bring me a 4" wide 71 dpi jpg and want it to be 13" full front on the shirt. Retards.

Replicators from Star Trek... Just pre-program them with what you need and "whirrrrrrrrrrrrrrrsshhh"... there it is.

It would cripple the economy, but it would be ccol.

I would cripple my liver with that one too.

Imagine them thar horseless carriages one day going as fast as a mile a minute.
Just imagine

I say it will never happen. Human's can't handle that speed. If God wanted us to travel at a mile a minute he'd made horses as fast as panthers.

I agree, that would be by far the coolest thing.

But as for a more down to earth and invention, I want to see the perfection of bacterial batteries ASAP....

A vaccination that would kill all STDs, so we could go around screwing hookers whenever we wanted with no worries.

For real though, a teleporter would be tight. Especially if it makes that noise like in Halo. A time machine would be impossible, it's just an impossible notion, and would be disasterous if it WAS ever invented.

I wish I had the ability to teleport so definitely teleporters
Also time travel, it would be nice to be able to go back to when you first loved someone or other feelings/moments in time, there's a few things I would change/not do but I'm sure we all feel that way sometimes
Good question made me think/reflect quite a bit
Peace :stoned:

I'd like a Star Trek printer for my computer. One that would take any picture and convert it to a real object.

I think a teleporter would be the best invention that has the least chance of being abused by jackasses and ultimately fucking things up any worse than they already are. Time travel would be great, but...too much room for error there.

I'd really like to see some functional nanotech! If we had a true "assembler" there is not much we couldn't do.

Imagine being able to plant a "seed" in your back yard, and a week later you get a new car. Functional nanotech would mean the end of our current system of economy. What good is money when you can turn anything into anything? Death becomes a thing of the past, with little robots swimming around in your blood repairing any damage they find.

In short, functional nanotech would be a revolution.

But that only permitted other men with machines to enslave them.

True, but the whole concept is a little scary. That's only because I am completely illiterate when it comes to advanced programs and electronic technology. If I knew more about it, I might agree with you. I'll try to look into it, but the language might make me go...:oogle:

It's not that there's too much room for error, no matter what happened there would be error. It's honestly impossible to pull of. Just think about it.

The only problem with nanotech is they will probably run on Windows... Inject THOSE into your body.

sometimes i think about aliens and about how maybe aliens aren't really aliens at all, but humans from the future who have invented time travel. maybe from a future where the earth became so poisoned by pollution and global warming that it became desolate so the only way they can ever see their home planet as it was once (a beautiful paradise) is to time travel back and behold it's glory. all the while they must stick to a strict code of time travel regulations so that their own existence doesn't come into question. or maybe they have tried countless times to warn us and communicate with us creating a paradox where their own existence disappears and things continue on as they always will. our future race forever doomed to watch us fuck everything up with no way to change it.

that'd make a cool little short story.

digitalization of the human brain. just live life in the digital world. play any MMORPG, go to porn sites, make some great photoshop pictures or go to the shroomery for some socializing.

no need for food, transport, sleep, work. pure heaven if you ask me

I dunno, I can see myself setting up infinite gates and wet willy-ing people from another continent. Maybe you're lounging in a hammock, reading and enjoying the sun, and out of nowhere a wet finger pokes you in the ear. Think how frustrating that'd be.
