I actually like his work in Soundgarden quite allot, but when thinking about RATM VS Audioslave, I will always pick the former.


Something we should all keep in mind is that Music, is like religion, people get really uptight and defensive about their stance. And as much as we all say, sometimes, we are just never going to see eye to eye.

Each to their own I suppose :yinyang: :earth:

back to the whole Audioslave/Rage argument.......Im not one to shoot downs peoples personal opinions...so if you think Cornell>ZDLR or Audioslave>Rage....thats your opinion..so its cool.

And I am sorry, but IMO any of Rages albums (except Renegades) are better then Audioslaves first album.

April is sooooo far away. I agree, a tour would be a dream come true for alot of us. Im sure it all depends on how this one-off goes. I read that Zach is on good terms with all the guys.....and I am sure that they have alot to say in regards to whats going on in the world right now.

bah..that's not what i said at all actually. reread my post...i don't even really like audioslave that much.

RATM>audioslave

soundgarden>RATM>audioslave

that's how i feel about it.

anyways, you guys have fun at coachella. RATM puts on a awesome show, or at least they did in 96' whenever i got to see them. oh yeah, and even though i like soundgarden better than rage i must admit that RATM puts on a much better show than soundgarden. there's so much energy swirling around...it's insane.

that is preety much my argument. I base the kind of music that I enjoy on the live experience. And Rage puts on a top notch show, thats why they are one of my favorite bands. Along with Pearl Jam, Claypool....fuck the CDs....I want to get my face blown off when I pay to see a concert.

i happen to like Soundgarden a bit....especiially Matt Cameron on the drums. But in my mind...RATM is always #1

that is going to be a ridiculous 3 days of music.......

I wont have the cash/resources/time to make it to this show.....and that is why I am hoping/praying that this show is a springboard for a new album and tour...i know that is being very very hopeful and optimistic....but goddamn its been seven years....zach must be dying to speak his mind and rock the fuck out
