sporeworks contest... I won but never got my prize

More than a month ago psilocyber from sporeworks held a contest in the contest forum. I won a mycobag and a mazatapec syringe. He said they would sent it out that week. After a month I sent an email to sporeworks and a pm to psilocyber, but I never got a reply and still didn't get my stuff
Anyone know if they have troubles or something and why they are not responding? btw has anyone seen psilocyber lately?

They are having major problems with their e-mail and billing systems. Psilocyber doesn't have much time to go on here lately, or thats what he told me in a PM. Your e-mail might have been lost because i heard alot of emails were deleted accidentaly. My spores are like 3 weeks late now. They are still working to get out all shippments.

Be patient and PM psilocyber again!

They emailed me back, they said I could expect my stuff in about 2 weeks, hope I get it now
