Online/Offline Status

I just noticed that my little light is grey, representing that I do not wish to make available whether or not I am online. The only problem with this is the fact that I set it to show my online status, and I never made any changes to that. :shocked:

Someone recently pointed out that I was grey, in public, and I expressed that I had not changed it to that, and then I changed it. I know that, even yesterday, it would show up as green when I was reading threads I had posted in. Right now, it is grey.

Also, I've noticed that if I highlight a section of text while making a post, and then hit the backspace right after I made the left-click to highlight, the browser will send me back a page. :mad:

does backspace not automatically send you back a page?

It's always done what your describing for me, unless I'm typing directly in the text box, no matter the site

Really though, not sure how it got changed but I assume it's from when I was doing some database normalization. You should be able to change it right back. And although you posted this thread, you're still showing as grey to me. :confused:

The backspace problem can be canceled out by pressing Alt-F4 right after you post. :wink:

I was never saying it was set to "yes" and that it still wasn't showing it, just that it seemed to change back to "no" on its own. I just changed it back to yes right now.

I think a conspiracy theory is in order...
