drunk on nog..

we made some home made egg nog at work last night..

it was good, but strong.. i never realized how much liquor goes into homemade egg nog... 3c of whiskey and 1c of rum for a little over 1 gal of finished drink is what the recipe said.. we upped the recipe by about 1c of total liquor, too.

we made that much so that everyone at work could have some.. but most people didn't want any, so one other guy and myself drank it all. 

it got me fairly tipsy.. but in a weird way.  I think all the eggs and cream and milk slowed up the alcohol absortion.. i didn't really feel drunk until like an hour or more after we finished drinking... sort of like doing jello shots.

if any of you like egg nog, i suggest you try it out.

home made is really good.. if you have have a mixer, or know how to whip the shit out of egg whites, you should try it sometime.  you need whiskey of some sort and rum of some sort, too.

yea, but were starting to cook the turkey, and shit right now,
because of the way Christmas fell, on Monday this year,
and I have enought stuff to make.
I can just get some at the store, and pour some tequila in.

I was wondering if anybody knows, I have rum, whisky, and premixed eggnog... What would be the proper amount of each? Like 1 shot rum, 2 shots whiskey, 3 shots nog?
