i feel fucking wonderful this morning!!!!
its a combination of having not drank in the last 2 days and about 20 miles of bike riding :heart: and a few other things as well. anyone else on the same page?

I always tell myself I should get into better shape, stop smoking and drinking, then I end up drinking and giving into to smoking again, then repeate the same cycle, now I have no money so maybe I can start for real :cool:

yeah, i do the same
so i sold my car and didnt buy another one, i literally have to bike atleast 8 miles a day just to get by :smile:

morning man!  Today was my first good morning in a while, been feeling like shit this past week because i havent left my house due to that break in.  However, i caught up on a lot of missed sleep this wkd thanks to some oxycodone, and woke up this morning to make my 7 am class.  Blue skies, bright sunshine, climbing temps, all the makings for a wonderful day.  It's nice to be able to smile again and enjoy the day :smile:

Physically I feel great, mentally no. Too stressed and depressed. ARG!

That's a nice way to feel in the morning. I'm sitting here waiting for my first class and although physically I feel better than I have for some time, I'm still pissed off that it's morning and I have to go to class!

today seems like it should be alright.  it's my one day off.. i slept until almost 11.. smoked a bowl..

i feel a little 'blah,' though... i just feel like lying around all day. 

I think i'm going to spend my day organizing my records instead.
