Yep a couple chunks o swordfish, never tried it before hope its good.
Anyone else eaten it?

Swordfish is yummy! I like a good thick swordfish steak on the grill. Way to go beyond the normal freshwater fishes  :thumbup:

I always marinade mine like a steak in like ittalian dressing or some shit. They broil it of grill if I have that option anyways I have never had one that didn't turn out great and its really hard to fuck it up. I think of it as the steak of the sea.

If you cook it more than medium, it'll be very dry. Medium with some raspberry vinegrette before cooking will be fine. Lots of mercury in swordfish, btw
