I'm your Huckleberry.....I live in near the coast in Tex but would take a drive in a minute to learn some huntin' techniques. There are rumored to be lotsa good places near me to find'em as well.

Peace,

It has been a long time since anyone has posted anything here. I am looking for someone to hunt with as well. I live in N. Houston but I can travel for sure. I have some lab (research) experience but have never hunted anything before. I would love to find a local strain. I know folks do not like telling there secrets. Driving around just to find a good pasture is damned expensive these days and I could really use some guidance.

Not trying to be a dick, but as it says in the thread rules, this isnt a "hook-up" service. Just a forewarning, tho im suprised no ones said anything about this already...

This thread has been closed.

Reason:
No one said anything because the conversation happened in 2002, before they moved hookups to the gathering forum.

Not many people go into the gathering forum though, its probably best to send PM's to users in your area.

8. No asking for hunting partners.
The Hunting Forum is for learning, sharing, teaching and identification purposes, we are not a hook up of any kind. If you would like to request a hunting buddy, make a topic about it in the Gathering Forum. You will gain access to the Gathering Forum after being a member for more than 60 days and when you have reached more than 100 posts.
