Yes, eventually... the reason the alternator in your car and generators at power stations use electromagnets rather than permanent magnets.

A general rule of thumb for permanent magnets is 1% of field strength loss every 10 years of age, barring any outside influence. Over 376 years, the typical magnet will lose anywhere from one third to one half of its original strength.

Say you had a unlimited source of some kind, then charged a magnet back up the ca 1% every 10 years of age, would it be a hypothetical possibility an "eternal" magnet?

There's no such thing as an 'unlimited source', but that technicality aside, so long as you keep remagnetizing the magnet every 10 years, it will continue to be a magnet.

What you're asking is kinda like asking if a glass of water will always have water in it. Well, eventually the water will evaporate and the glass will be empty. But if you keep adding water every day at the same rate it evaporates, then it will never be empty.
