but i've seen previews gallore and i must ask,

Haven't seen an episode of lost yet, heard its good stuff. I have been following Prison Break though which is a pretty great show.

ive only seen like the 1st few episodes of lost... it was alright.. i wasnt to nto it though..  24 and prison break on the other hand are awesome..

if you havent seen 24.. go rent them all on dvd from season 1... thats what i did. i got so addicted i watched all 4 seasons in like 1 month :grin:

I got into lost this summer, I'm damn excited! The commercials will piss me off, though, I'm sure.. I watcehd all the previous ones on DVD. Predictions? I dunno. I have no clue.


What I do think though, is that the island is in another dimension, and there is only one way into or out of it.. on the compass setting that the "others" gave micheal and his son.

I dunno. I'm pumped.

OMG I'm so fucking pumped. I don't think I've ever been excited for a TV series season premiere in my entire life. Lost rules.

Predictions? Hard to say. Each episode is usually full of crazy off the wall shit, and they don't tie stuff back together until 2 or more episodes later, after which more crazy off the wall shit has happened. I like how they do that, but it is going to suck having to sit through commercials and stuff. I, too, have watched both seasons in their entirety on DVD. And waiting a week for the next episode sucks too. heh

Same here. I thought it was just another stupid TV drama show and rejected claims that it was good, but then my roommate rented the entire second season one weekend and i started watching it with him and it won me over. It really is a great show. It almost seems more like an HBO original series without the R rating. It's that same high caliber execution and story telling you see on shows like The Sopranos and The Wire.

Anyways, i'm looking forward to the season premiere tonight. 15 minutes away.

You can buy it through itunes, or you can watch the free re-broadcast online at abc.com tomorrow night. It has one sponsor, and limited breaks for their ads, so it is much less choppy than the TV version.

I've watched it on DVD, as I do not watch broadcast TV, and I can't imagine getting TV just to sit through endless commercials.
